WEARXTURE offers shipping throughout India with free standard shipping on orders above ₹999. Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available during checkout.

1. Shipping Overview

At WEARXTURE, we're committed to delivering your ethnic wear with care and efficiency. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, timeframes, costs, and procedures to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

We currently ship to most locations within India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team at shipping@wearxture.com.

2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Standard Shipping

Delivery Time: 5-7 business days

Cost: ₹99 (FREE on orders above ₹999)

Our standard shipping service is available for all deliverable pin codes across India. This is our most economical shipping option and includes order tracking.

Express Shipping

Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

Cost: ₹199 (FREE on orders above ₹2,999)

For faster delivery, choose our express shipping option. Available for most major cities and select tier-2 cities in India.

Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery

Delivery Time: Same day or next day (order by 12 PM)

Cost: ₹299

Currently available only in select areas of Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata. Availability will be confirmed during checkout.

Note: Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM may be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your selected shipping method, delivery location, and order value:

Actual shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.

4. Order Processing

4.1 Order Confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped.

4.2 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. During sale periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be specified on the product page.

4.3 Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. Delivery Information

5.1 Delivery Areas

We currently ship to most locations within India. During checkout, you will be able to see if we deliver to your pin code. If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified before completing your purchase.

Metro Cities

Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata

Standard: 3-5 days | Express: 1-2 days | Same-day: Available

Tier-2 Cities

Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, etc.

Standard: 4-6 days | Express: 2-3 days | Same-day: Limited areas

Other Cities & Rural Areas

All other serviceable pin codes

Standard: 5-7 days | Express: 3-4 days | Same-day: Not available

5.2 Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, the package will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or process a refund.

5.3 Undeliverable Addresses

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or other delivery issues, we will contact you to resolve the situation. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

6. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking capabilities. You can track your order in the following ways:

  • Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Log in to your WEARXTURE account and view your order history
  • Contact our customer service team with your order number

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation strikes
  • High volume periods (festivals, sales, etc.)
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

We will make every effort to communicate any significant delays and provide updated delivery estimates. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting expedited shipping options.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

All packages are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged package or if items are missing from your order:

  1. Take photos of the damaged package/items
  2. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and photos of the damage

We will promptly address the issue and arrange for a replacement, return, or refund as appropriate.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For deliveries within India, all applicable taxes are included in the displayed prices. There are no additional customs or duties for domestic shipments.

For any international shipping inquiries, please note that customs duties and taxes may be charged when your package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

10. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we can only ship an order to a single address. If you wish to ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery address.

11. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:

  • For orders not yet shipped: Contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and the new address. We will try to accommodate the change if the order has not been processed.
  • For orders already shipped: We cannot change the delivery address. You will need to contact the courier service directly with your tracking number.
