7-Day Return Window

At WEARXTURE, we accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Contact us via email or Instagram to initiate your return.

We want you to love your WEARXTURE purchases as much as we love creating them. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

This Return Policy outlines the process and conditions for returning products purchased from our website (wearxture.com) or our mobile application.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • The item must have all original tags attached
  • The item must be in its original packaging (if applicable)

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Intimate wear and jewelry for hygiene reasons
  • Sale items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards

Follow these simple steps to return your WEARXTURE purchase:

Contact Us

Initiate your return by contacting us via email at returns@wearxture.com or through Instagram @wearxture. Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

Receive Return Authorization

Once we receive your return request, we'll review it and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return shipping instructions.

Package Your Return

Carefully pack the items you're returning in their original condition with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip, and write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship Your Return

Ship your return package using the shipping method provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return Processing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items to ensure they meet our return eligibility requirements. This typically takes 2-3 business days.

Refund Issuance

If your return is approved, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card
  • UPI/Net Banking: Refunded to the same account
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer (we'll request your bank details)

4.2 Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing time, typically 5-10 business days.

4.3 Refund Amount

You will be refunded the full purchase price of the returned items, excluding any shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include detailed photos of the damage or defect. We'll provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

For faster resolution of issues with damaged or defective items, we recommend contacting us through Instagram @wearxture with photos of the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.
